Still more socks...

A little stripy worm found on the fig tree, a little fish with pink flamingos, and a polka dot bunny and its pet "Leek", for Delphine... More pictures on the "La Girafe Bricole" blog...

The green ribbon

Kyan has been asking me to go back to swimming lessons for a while. He's on, and I managed to signed them both Anastasia and Kyan up for the same class. They're both progressing very well, and just got their first ribbon...

Sock stories

I crafted a few creatures entirely made out of socks. It's a lot of fun and rather quick to make. The hardest part is to find THE right sock, then, you just let the imagination flow...

View of Geneva Lake

Meeting with Yvana, Michael (who was celebrating his 20th birthday), Oceane, Edith and Thomas, at the Signal de Bougy, park where I hadn't been since... kindergarten... Splendid view (and still, on the picture, we only see the Geneva end of the lake) to play miniature golf. There're the pros, and there're the seriously amateurs, but age has nothing to do with it...

First ride

Annual visit at the Yung in their great little farm. And the perfect excuse for Anastasia's first ride (she's been eyeing horses for a while, but would always be a bit scared once closer to the creature). "Aigle noir" has the perfect size, and since, she already rode a slightly higher horse... Looking forward to taking her ride in far away meadows...

Tractors and co.

Still catching up on the "swiss" posts, and it's not quite over yet, but we always bring back a lot of lovely memories...

Visit in Siviriez, at the impressive farm of Tristan and Ethan. Perfect for Kyan and Anastasia who love animals, although they're slowing warming up to the various tractors and other farming equipments. It was just so sweet to watch them play among cousins, especially when Kyan speaks french with his little accent from elsewhere...
