Busy busy...

A few more steps in the adventures of my little business, The Lazy Giraffe. More contacts with boutiques where I'm starting to have more precise requests. Among others, owls and little dresses for next Spring, and soft hats in organic cotton for babies for the Winter. So far, I've made a few hats with whatever material I had laying around, but it's slowly taking shape.

The feel for speed...

We'll have to brace ourselves for Anastasia's future experiences. After the tractors, she quickly took up to the ATV and didn't want to stop. Luckily, her cousin Christina was in control of the situation.

Visit at the Dodds

A few hours spent with Cathryn, Michael, Julia and Cathryn's parents at their house with a fabulous garden...

Oh Canada...

Back home after a ten day visit to Michael's family, North of Toronto. Lovely family time, and a chance for Kyan and Anastasia to spend time with their cousins.

Small things

Nothing really new, but which I still wanted to share: little outfit with japanese inspired tunic for Anastasia, and bright, stripy, soft shirt with his name for Kyan...

Small tartes

Last night, Kyan offered his help while I was busy making a quiche and small pies. Anastasia wanted to join as well. And this morning, we had delicious apricot "tartelettes"...

Happy 4th of July, Bastille Day, ...

Whether it's the 4th of July, Bastille Day or any special day for a country sporting these colors, Happy Holiday... I leave it to you to get the colors back in order... (In front of our house, during a visit from the Doreau and their beetle).
